JUNIOR ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support:
• Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Support project managers in coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Help prepare and review technical documentation, including project reports, specifications, and compliance documents.
• Design and Engineering:
• Contribute to the design and optimization of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverters, and other components.
• Assist in conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analysis.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop system layouts, electrical diagrams, and other technical drawings.
• Project Execution:
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Support the procurement process by assisting in the selection and evaluation of vendors and materials.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation.
• Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning as designed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project records, including design changes, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and present regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Learning and Development:
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• ITI  in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical engineering principles, and project management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience or internships in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform site visits, which may involve climbing, lifting, and working in various environmental conditions.
