PROJECT HEAD

1. Project Management:

• Lead the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and environmental teams to ensure project compliance and success.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.

2. Maintenance Management:

• Establish and implement maintenance strategies for renewable energy systems to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, focusing on cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance analyses of renewable energy assets.

3. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of project and maintenance professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities.
• Collaborate with external partners to align on project goals and facilitate smooth project execution.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects and maintenance activities.
• Prepare regulatory and compliance reports for submission to authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and maintenance within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) and software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
